Limited Lifetime

The limited lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original consumer who owns Master Designer Series and Diafire knives.

Limited One-Year Warranty

Knives and accessories, including Saffire series, D-TAC deployment and carry systems, come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

How it works

Step. 1

The owner must ship the knife to the local distributor with freight prepaid and insured. Please contact your
local distributor for further information.

Step. 2

The original bill of sale or credit card receipt should accompany the return for repair, along with the DOTS GEAR Warranty Information Form.

Warranty Coverage

​DOTS GEAR offers limited warranties that apply exclusively to genuine Master Designer Series, Diafire, Saffire, and D-TAC products purchased from authorized distributors and dealers.

If a knife or tool breaks or fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, DOTS GEAR will repair, replace, or substitute it with a product of equal value.

 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage, or failure resulting from abuse, misuse, or failure of proper maintenance. Additionally, cosmetic damage to or loss of the product is excluded from the lifetime warranty.

Statement

DOTS GEAR reserves the right to modify the warranty at its discretion and without prior notice.

Knives are extremely sharp tools. Misuse of DOTS GEAR knife products can cause serious injury or death, and failure to maintain the product properly may affect its functionality. Please do not use our knives inappropriately, as they are designed solely for cutting purpose only.
All knives should always be properly maintained and kept out of reach of children.
